Vertical Axial-Flow Pumps
Designed to move large volumes of fluid vertically with minimal head or pressure increase (unlike centrifugal pumps that operate radially), axial flow pumps use axial motion parallel to the shaft to propel the fluid. These pumps consist of rotating blades or propellers inside a casing and are ideal for applications requiring a substantial flow rate. Highly efficient in moving liquids over long distances while maintaining constant pressure, these pumps are ideal for various industrial, municipal, and agricultural purposes such as drainage systems, irrigation, flood control, and wastewater treatment.
